Every moment beautiful soul is precious, every moment is to be treasured and held with such grace that every breath expands the energy and light within and ripples out to the cosmos.
There have been many moments we may wonder whether we have wasted, and today I’m here to SHOUT OUT there are no wasted moments. Not now, not ever!
Really beautiful soul, life is a mixture of moments. Regret is wasted energy and only holds us in the past, and creates dense emotion held in the lower chakras that swell and shadow our beautiful light.
NOW IS A MOMENT IN TIME and each moment comes with fresh new opportunity.
There’s a quote that says, “Seize the moment!” Know your opportunity to do this is infinite.
