There is an innate wisdom, a doorway, that is filled with unimaginable knowledge.
How many times have we spoken words of wisdom to a friend or colleague that seemed to come out of nowhere? I’m here to assure you that I believe many. So where does that wisdom come from? Some may say God others the Universe, maybe even ourselves.
I believe it comes from all the above. Each of us has a soul, the very spirit that is in every atom of our physical body. Our soul is accessed through the gateway of our heart chakra, an energy centre which is connected to Source, God, the Universe whatever you choose to name it. Through that gateway, we are expansive and connected to a stream of light, which opens us to the Library of Knowledge. Some may say the akashic records, either way, we can access knowledge and wisdom far beyond our understanding in this life.
Many of us unconsciously access this when our heart is activated through a deep feeling for another’s discomfort, and those words of compassion and inspiration flow with ease.
Our love opens a portal of wisdom which gushes from the depths of our heart into the light of day.
Don’t you just love that! We are SOOO amazing, yet so unconscious to the magic that happens often.
Love is the key to accessing all that is me, an unlimited being. A soul incarnated into this physical body onto this Earth.
Love is the key to opening the doorway to our soul and to awakening our consciousness.
I know, how easy is that, or not!
Our personality/ego, the expression of our conditioning and the affected emotional and mental bodies can often thwart that very connection. Triggering a disruption, a doubt, a confusion, an internal war between the mind, which has been conditioned by the data received through our experiences in this life, and the purity of the heart, which may have felt jaded from those experiences. This can cause us to close down the feeling aspect, that real intelligence that is connected to our heart and opens the doorway to the soul.
In glimpses, we notice those moments, those miracles as words gently unfold from our tongue and caress another’s pain.
Wouldn’t it be a magical life if we could access that knowledge consciously and at will? I’m here to share that we can. So how do we do that?
Many ways will support this, but first, we need to align ourselves with the higher mind, the intellectual, intuitive mind connected to our higher self and vibrating at the same resonance as our soul.
Sit in silence, breathe and raise your awareness to just above your head, this is where the higher mind sits. Notice your physical mind calm and sense your connection to your heart centre. Sit with it and become familiar to this feeling, for this is the beginning, the beginning of you accessing, at will, your soul and all it offers.
