Shine Your Light Beautiful Soul

Have you ever noticed after it’s rained a rainbow can miraculously appear? After the rain, the air is filled with raindrops. Each raindrop is filled with a prism of light and when kissed by the sun will create a magnificent ray of colour in the form of an arc, and it always makes me smile and fills me with hope. What about you?

Recently during the mercury retrograde, I’d found my emotions challenged. Depths of sorrow filtered their way up through the layers and into the light of day. Initially, they caused sadness then fleshed out a deep hurt followed by a release of tears.

A prism of light shone through those tears for much was revealed to empower me to heal.

It’s an interesting notion when we’re going through our own personal healing crisis. For many, the clouds become darker, and instead of rain and sunshine, there is thunder and lightning that looms its power over us. We may find ourselves limited in our thinking and also difficulty in seeing through the mass that overshadows us. Thus, creating an inner struggle as our energy leeches from us leading to exhaustion.

Through my own personal challenges over the years, I’ve come to understand the importance of allowance and to release and to let my emotion flow in a safe and nurturing environment.  I’ve also welcomed the discovery of release, and I’m excited that we as a collective are evolving as our cells become lighter and brighter as we heal and move into a more enlightened and simpler feeling state.

Emotion is energy in motion, and we can choose to hold onto it tightly with rigidity and stubbornness, or we can just simply let it flow and wash through. Smiling, what’s the worst that could happen?

During those times when you feel overshadowed, I’m here to share my friend it’s in that very moment when you need to shine your inner light brighter then you’ve ever done before. So how do we do this? Let me share how I do this.

Place your hands lovingly over your heart chakra in the middle of your chest as if giving yourself a big hug. Feel the warmth as you connect with your heart centre, the gateway to your soul, and now illuminate your light as if the sun is within and its rays are radiating outwardly.

You are connected to an infinite source of light, let it shine through your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as it burns away all that doesn’t serve your highest good and fuels the lighter emotion to support positive outcomes. Then, feel yourself smiling with gratitude and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

My greatest gift to myself is to shine and radiate my light. My greatest gift to humanity is to share that with the world. My gift to you is this simple process, and I trust it lightens your heart, fills you with love, and opens you to greater possibilities.

Namaste beautiful soul
