A Compassionate Heart Breathes

Compassionate heart

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. These are the words I say often. I love to hold my hands gently over my heart centre as I breathe deeply into my heart, feeling the gratitude with such warmth and comfort. How do you find comfort in your life? How do you connect to the gratitude within each breath, for breath is life, and is certainly something to be grateful?

Many times, over the years, I’ve experienced miraculous events. There have been times when I did not doubt that an earth angel visited to guide me, hold me, and in some cases, save my life. Everyday miracles abound, but do you notice them? Do you stop at that moment and acknowledge the gift? Or, do you shake your head and disregard that precious moment, that opportunity that could change the direction of your life.

We, as humans, have the gift of free-will. God, our creator, gave us this gift so that we can choose our path, our direction. What choices have you made that you either regret, judge, blame or shame? Do you carry that burden with you in the here and now? Does it weigh heavily on your heart, and does your mind consistently return to the past to only engage in further suffering?

I’m here to say, “Beautiful souls, please DO NOT carry this lower vibration for life is a series of experiences to learn and grow.” Breathe out… let it fall away and now breathe in for at this moment, free-will offers you an opportunity to make new and conscious choices. Choices made from the experience learnt, and the wisdom gained. There’s a saying; if you do what you’ve always done, you will get what you’ve always got. I say, change something small, and the outcome will surely differ.

YOU have the power to choose! Do not ever believe you are powerless, for powerless you will become.

Smiling, I can be so philosophical at times, and yet my heart bleeds when I see others suffer, and when I feel the suffering of the collective consciousness. Yes, I have also experienced many losses and had challenging times. I too have perceived I’ve made wrong choices, but I’m here to share that I’ve ALWAYS been guided back onto my path, and so are you if you only paused for a moment to see.

I’m learning just like you to TRUST in my journey and set myself free from my burdens. So that I may experience the simplicity that LOVE affords us when we move throughout our life being compassionate, kind and loving to ourselves. There’s a ripple effect when we do, and others will gain from our higher vibration, wisdom and actions.

The universe is an awesome wonder, and we are all so connected much more than we realise. Raise your vibration, and learn from your experience for your soul does not want you to suffer. Breathe in the gift of gratitude, and feel the peace and comfort.

Love you ❤

Until next time, breathe easy, love more and laugh often.
