Life’s Journey

Life’s Journey

The end of life

You know how to live
A moment in time
Is all that it is

Listen and be present
Everything is happening
No need to think

BE the observer

You are everything

Seek not the future
The miracle is in the living

Life can challenge us to the core, and although I’m a therapist I completely relate to those grey, and overthinking, worrying days.

The poem Life’s Journey, reminds us we can get through this one moment at a time.

Imagine a wave and let it ebb and flow.

For life is truly for living and when we open ourselves to the moment we allow the light in, and the suffering subsides.

You’ve got this!

With love, Maria x
