Travel the Frequency with Us

Today, I’ve come to understand we are in a time of great need, a time of awakening, a time of remembering and opening to the truth of who we are. There are many enlightened beings supporting humanity and the earth’s evolution. We are not alone, and the contents within this book are to offer hope, inspiration and a guide to assist the ascension of ourselves and our planet.

Travel the Frequency with Us – Teachings from the Guardians of the Light

Have you ever wondered where our world is heading, and how could you, one person, make a difference?

Have you ever felt out of place, like you don’t belong? Or, deep within there’s a mission and you can’t seem to connect to it?

This book offers guidance and strategies to empower you to participate in your own evolution and that of Mother Earth. It’s a book of realisation, knowledge and wisdom.

Maria Lacey is the author of an award-winning book, One Path, Many Lights. She first began channelling the Guardians of the Light after her near-death experience in 2010. She lives in Melbourne, Australia.

“A book to be read by everyone who wants to be empowered with tools and guidance that are inspirational and easy to apply in your everyday life.”
– Maria Brouwers, Homeopath

“I am so excited by this new work by Maria Lacey; ‘Travel the Frequency with Us’. It continues the channelling that was shared by Maria at the end of her first book, ‘One Path, Many Lights’.

I found myself reading that chapter again before starting this new book, just to recapture the essence of what the Guardians of the Light want to share with us all.

The information, guidance and breathing exercises in this new book come together in such a simple yet profound way, there are also beautiful little poems written by Maria as an introduction to each chapter.

This book is for and of our time in this world, may it bring like-minded souls together as well as introduce those that seek new strategies in the way they live their life.” – Francesca White author of Film, Food and I

Women are Dying Younger

ArtworkMariaLacey

Artwork by Maria Lacey (Katerina)

Sitting in a treehouse, yes, I’m telling the truth an impressive home built in the Mount Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, Australia. As I begin to write, a kookaburra gains my attention as it flies from one tree to another, flapping its wings loudly and sounding its laughter. It makes me giggle, and I realise how contagious laughter is.

Laughter opens us to joy. It releases all of those wonderfully yummy hormones that make us feel good. It eases stress and brings us into the present clearing away the head clutter. Laughter opens our heart, clears our throat and allows the purity of expression to be liberated.

It is healing, uplifting and downright funny! Yet, as adults, we often go for days without laughing. I mean, when was the last time you had a good belly laugh? Was it on your own or with others?

In recent times, while doing some professional development, a requirement for qualified counsellors. I came across some research saying, “Women are dying younger compared to previous decades due to loneliness and despair” It surprised me initially, then I considered some of the main contributing factors why women in their thirties through to late sixties consult with me.

A majority expressed feeling starved of emotional connection and were searching for meaning in their lives. They had a need and want to expand and grow and find value in themselves, and be valued by others, and this was not exclusive to single women.

So why are we feeling such despair?

Could it be we’re more disconnected today from social structures? I’m not meaning online, but personal gatherings where we can give and receive a hug, banter, watch body language and interact as human beings.

Women are meant to be communal. We are the nurturers, the seers, the wise women the wilderness. We seem to have lost connection with our tribe, and with ourselves. For centuries women gathered to support, nurture, learn, teach, laugh and cry together.

Young thirty-somethings are awakening to their soul paths and wanting to share their passion with the world. They express a wish to have a partner to walk alongside them, and that is across all age groups.

The human being is not meant to be isolated. We are meant to be in a community feeling connected and included.

Touch, eye contact and embrace are more powerful than any words. Everyone knows when they see me, I will always offer a hug. Why? Because it feels soooo good, and as much they say I’m a generous hugger, I receive abundantly in return.

If you’re feeling isolated and alone, please reach out and connect with someone. Know your interests, explore your curiosities, and connect to people with similar.

You ARE OF VALUE do not slip into the darkness. Shine your light bright and allow yourself to be seen. Your tribe is waiting.

Love you,

The Gift of the Messenger

SibylNov2018

First Published in Sibyl Magazine November 2018

There are events in our life that transpire to open us to deep and soulful healing, and this was one of them.

Within my heart of hearts, I’d wished for that day to come, and it did. I was meeting with someone I’d loved all their life and had been estranged from for some years. We met for only a short hour, but then, all came crashing down, and my heart cracked open leaving a huge crevice.

Initially, the hurt and pain were intense. So much so, in glimpses, I’d felt helpless and without hope. The event wasn’t the cause it was the catalyst that triggered multiple traumas I’d endured and had shelved, which flooded into my consciousness. The overwhelming emotion felt stuck. I could feel the tidal wave within, but I’d gone numb, and in shock, my mind froze, until, I chose consciously to release and allow the healing to begin.

That was a pivotal moment, and enlightening choice for it generated an outpouring of love and gratitude for that person because she was the ONE. The messenger, the gift.

It was time to set myself free, and I gave myself permission to TRULY heal those traumas. Several months later my relationship with that person opened like a lotus with such purity and renewal, and a new beginning was now possible.

Things had changed because I’d changed. Patterns had altered and were still in their adjustment stage. Supportive and loving beliefs had embedded within my consciousness, and the subconscious limiting beliefs and sabotaging habits had been cleared and re-set.

Through a profound awareness, I witnessed consciously my actions, thoughts and movement moment by moment, and day by day. I sensed my healing and the newness forming, but I noticed unconscious patterns and how quickly I reverted to the previous default behaviour. Yes, just like our computer settings we do have subconscious defaults.

In those moments I stopped midstream and felt within, and my realisations came quickly and with acknowledgement and understanding. I didn’t berate myself, in fact, I congratulated myself for the recognition and then felt empowered to choose between the old way of being and the new and more conscious way.

The old way, had me moving through life in survival mode. It was understandable because the innocence of the child was taken so young through physical abuse, manipulation and narcissism. The realisation was that even though, she was an intelligent, compassionate child of the stars she had never felt good enough and worthy, which filtered into her adult life. It undermined her growth and happiness with busyness, doing and should.

The new conscious way, I felt empowered, good enough, and worthy. It motivated me to thrive and to create through love, SELF-LOVE.

Simplicity, gratitude and a soft focus are my way forward. Each movement, I ask, “Is this loving me?” For I now walk with purpose upon this earth with a renewed passion to restore hope into the hearts of many. Including mine.

Maria’s Musings

2AB45D5A-30CC-473C-A649-69F735E0FE9B

Creativity flows in many ways. For me when I write, I love to frequent local cafés to inspire my muse, that wise, sometimes humorous, other times poetic and loving self.

Have you ever felt so grateful that your heart expanded and shone a light so bright all you could do was bathe in the euphoria?

Well, that’s happening right now as I sit on the deck at my local cafe surrounded by nature. Laughing, I’m so pumped that my heart wants to sing out loud. Hmm, restrain yourself Maria you don’t want to shock those here at the cafe.

In my musings today I wanted to share how we have the ability to make choices because we were born into this realm with free will. This means we are empowered at all times to create from a loving and wholesome place. Sometimes, life can throw the occasional curveball but we have the ability to catch it, and either throw it back or put it down for a while allowing time to process and embrace any teachings.

Eckhart Tolle in his wisdom says, “Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.”

The energies, planetary alignments and the inner emotional turmoil have been wild of late. Everything is shifting and it seems the Universe is prompting us, and to be honest sometimes even poking us. It’s time to release the old, heal the pain body and move into a higher more aligned vibration through self-love and self-healing.

YOU ARE IMPORTANT and so are your dreams, your life and all that you are can be, and will be.

It’s time to honour, acknowledge, accept and move on.

Today, I was speaking with a friend and shared how important it is to simplify and move out of the multi-skill mindset, and become one with the present for it’s gifted to us right now!

Our lives, our minds and our world have become far too chaotic.

It’s time to choose your battles, release what you can’t control, and bring your focus back into what makes you happy.

This raises our vibration and expands our awareness opening up the opportunity for solutions to appear.

When we have a soft focus, and a gentle loving breath, clarity appears and opens the door … halleluja.

Eckhart Tolle in his wisdom says, “Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on”.

Trust you enjoyed this week’s musings.

Until next week much love,

Full Moon Eclipse and our Energy In Motion

red moon during night time

The full moon and eclipse are happening tomorrow here in Aussie, and the energy has been intense, and especially for us sensitives.

This week I’ve found my energy slightly erratic at times and other times smooth and harmonious as deep emotion rose and then subsided like waves crashing against the rocks. Admittedly, it got my attention for I felt the spray but never a tidal wave that overwhelmed and left me gasping for breath. Or at least, I’m happy to say not for me this week, although I put my hand up to having a little outburst! Haha, yes even a friend couldn’t stop laughing for I’m not known to express in that way.

After my outburst, I vacuum cleaned and washed my floors to dissipate and transmute the energy. Smiling, it felt great, and the reasoning dropped in effortlessly, enough for me to laugh about it, and take responsibility for my feelings and action.

I’m trusting you have a healthy way to release and transform any charged energy that propels you forward with underlying deep hurt, sadness and pain. If not could I suggest the following; Walk away, change your focus, get outside in nature, do some housework or other activity, and most importantly breathe and take three deep conscious breaths releasing the pent-up energy. Trust that helps.

During this phase universally it’s not the time to analyse and overthink nor pursue the answers to any emotion that is bubbling to the surface but to SHOW UP, feel into, wait and listen.

In many ways, it’s been cathartic to feel, acknowledge release and as one of my students said this week, ‘shut the door’ and celebrate the healing and newfound awareness.

Interestingly, with a clearer head that feels spacious, I’ve felt less inclined to fill it up. To be honest, it feels soooo much lighter! My schedule has also been cleared this week, which admittedly I would generally scramble to fill, but not this week.

It was time to honour me, my feelings and go with the flow, and I’ve played more with my pup Maggie, walked more, spent time in nature often, written in my journal and rested.

Smiling, and all without the usual guilt and urgency to multi-skill and that brings me to another realisation in my week. I now want to be single focused which has delightfully made me more productive and present in my life. I used to be so proud of multi-skilling, but this week I’ve come to understand that for me at this time, multi-skilling had created a busy brain, which became a whirlpool of thoughts and lifted me into the ethers unable to really and truly anchor great ideas and inspiration into my day. Let alone feelings and expressions of happiness and creativity.

Lol, logic can often go out the window when we’re ungrounded and unexpressed emotion can have its way with us. Just saying 😉

Well enough from me today, trust that sharing a little snippet of my week will support you in yours.
